Magnetic Benches
Delta Flux designs and builds Magnetic Benches for Non-Destructive Surface Inspection by Magnetic Particle Inspection.
Magnetic benches are the standard operator stations for performing Magnetic Particle Inspection Surface Tests. In fact, not only is a bench top magnetoscope integrated into these modular structures, which are equipped with the devices necessary to perform the different types of magnetization:
- yoke or multi-thread coil based
- coil based
- lamellar or lamellar core based
The completeness of the equipment to be found in the magnetic benches therefore makes them complete centers for magnetic particle surface testing of small and medium-sized pieces in several different fields, ideal for carrying out rapid examinations wherever it is necessary to check for any hidden superficial defects.
For specific or larger pieces, for more automated systems or for integration needs in the production line, it is possible to install complete Magnetic Particle Inspection systems. Wheeled and mobile magnetic generators can be used directly to examine immovable parts and components or those whose dimensions are too large to pass through a machine.
Flux magnetoscopic test benches are equipped with the DELTA SCREEN touch control panel, which allows total control of the device and the setting and storage of series of parameters and operations, real “recipes” that can be easily recalled by the operator. and at any time for carrying out frequent and repeated procedures. In addition to this, the DELTA SCREEN panel allows our operators to remotely monitor the equipment, for immediate assistance on any technical problem.
As for all Delta Flux systems, even magnetic testing benches can be completely customized, so as to respond exactly to any specific requirement of the customer and his workflow. Our magnetic benches are in fact extremely versatile, and can adapt to testing of different pieces with a few modifications, such as length extension and installation of automatic spraying systems for control liquids.
