What is the ISO 9001 Certification?
The ISO 9001 certification is a certificate that is issued by a Certification Body, and which certifies that the company in question responds to a series of stringent requirements defined by the International Organization for Standardization (as per the ISO acronym) regarding company processes.
Achieving ISO 9001 certification, as Delta Flux has done, therefore means being able to assert that the services and products offered by the Company perfectly comply with precise quality specifications, and that these can be verified for each phase of a project’s implementation.
How is the ISO 9001 certification achieved?
Obtaining the ISO 9001 certification means implementing a Quality Management System within the company which involves all processes; at the end of this procedure, the Certification Body will certify that the Company is fully compliant with the specific requirements of the certification, by issuing the relevant certificate. This procedure involves all elements of the Company, and impacts all aspects of work, from working methods to staff training.
How long is the ISO 9001 certification valid?
The ISO 9001 certificate is valid for three years, at the end of which it must be renewed. However, the Certification Body carries out annual surveillance visits to verify that the requirements continue to be respected throughout the period of validity and not only resumed at the time of renewal: the ISO 9001 certification is therefore valid and verified at all times, which represents a constant guarantee of quality for customers.
