Delta Flux offers a complete remote monitoring and assistance service for its systems for Non-Destructive Surface Testing, through the exclusive DELTA SCREEN Touch Panel installed on our systems.
Assistance on machinery and systems for Non-Destructive Testing – both Magnetic Particle Inspection and Liquid Penetrants based- is a fundamental component of our service. In companies that carry out this type of checks, the impossibility of completing the checks leads to a halt in production, and it is therefore essential that the control systems for surface defects are always in perfect working condition.
The DELTA SCREEN panel; remote monitoring, at any time
Delta Flux machinery and systems for Non-Destructive Testing are equipped with an advanced Touch Screen Control Panel, which allows the adjustment and setting of all the functions and operations of the device. In addition to this, the DELTA SCREEN panel has a remote monitoring function that allows our operators to control the operation of the machine even from a distance.
When a problem occurs with the machine, once contacted by the customer, one of our specialized technical operators will be able to connect to the machine and perform all the necessary diagnoses and checks. This will allow not only to assist in the identification of the reason for the malfunction, but also to carry out an initial immediate assistance remotely, minimizing the waiting times for the restoration of system operation and allowing the client company to return as soon as possible to work – wherever in the world it is!
